Our Financial Policy
We do ask that you handle payment when services are rendered. To help you plan your finances accordingly, please let us know if you would like us to discuss fees prior to treatment. We gladly accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards.
If you have dental insurance, every efford will be made to help you maximize your dental plan benefits. Keep in mind, the fee for services provided to you are your responsibility. We will file a claim with your insurance company on your behalf. In exchange of this service to you, we ask that you make a payment of an estimated portion your insurance may not cover. If after your insurance has paid and there has been an overpayment, we will mail a refund check to you immediately. If you have any unusual circumstances, please speak with one of our administrative assistants prior to your appointment. We will do everything possible to help you.
